Tarspawn character redesigns

That was some work and a half, but now these designs are much better!

"Rose and Kolossi are both from a desert colony but Rose was reassigned to the main colony (where Rann resides). Kolossi is the adoptive parent of Rose, and very protective. He isn’t happy with Rose’s reassignment.

Ant is a worker whose personality aligns closer to a fighter. Xe constantly gets into fights and arguments with people and is rather disrespectful toward the lower officers. Xe is much more resistant to the compulsive voice of officers as well, making xem a troublesome member of the colony.
Ant gets along with Rose, however."
